Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Vaultin, we offer both one-time purchase options and subscription purchase options.
This policy explains how cancellations work for each option so you know what to expect before placing an order.
1. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchase orders:

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to return an item after receiving it, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
To request a one-time order cancellation, email us immediately at bunleap.vaultin@gmail.com.
Please note: Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been processed.
2. Subscription Purchases
When selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to:

Automatic recurring billing, and
-
A minimum of one (1) billing cycle before cancellation can take effect.
This minimum commitment helps ensure stable fulfillment and fair pricing for subscribers.
2.1 Minimum Billing Requirement
By subscribing, you agree to:

Be billed at least one time (your first renewal), and
-
Your cancellation will apply after the first billing cycle is completed.
Example:
If you subscribe on January 1st and are billed again on February 1st,
you may cancel your renewal that would occur after March 1st.
2.2 Canceling Your Subscription
You may request cancellation at any time.
However:

Cancellation does not refund already-processed renewal payments.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to stop the next charge.

Canceling will stop future renewals after your 1-cycle minimum is fulfilled.
You may cancel by:

Using the customer subscription portal sent to your email

We do not process cancellation requests via social media messages or comments.
3. Subscription Renewal Charges
All subscription renewal payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
We do not refund renewals due to:

Forgetting to cancel

Selecting a subscription by mistake

Being unaware the purchase was a subscription
-
Not using the product
-
Changing your mind
-
The renewal already being processed or shipped
Our fulfillment system automatically processes subscription renewals, which is why renewals are non-refundable.
4. Failed Payments & Billing Issues
If your payment fails:

We may automatically retry the charge

Your subscription may remain active until payment is resolved

Orders may be delayed until billing is successful

You may be asked to update your payment method
5. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may adjust subscription pricing, billing frequency, or product availability.
If pricing changes, subscribers will be notified in advance.
6. Chargeback Disputes
If a chargeback is submitted for a subscription renewal:

We provide proof of the subscription agreement

We provide proof of acceptance of this policy at checkout

We provide delivery or shipment confirmation
This policy helps protect both customers and our business from misuse.
