This policy applies to all physical product purchases made through Vaultin.
Subscription-specific rules are listed separately within this policy (see "Subscription Renewals").
1. 30-Day Return Policy (Physical Products Only)
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused
-
With all original tags
-
In original packaging
-
Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item:

Is defective

Is damaged
-
Is incorrect
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items
-
Personal care products (such as beauty items)
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
-
Sale items
-
Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

Return the item you have

Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item
5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be unused and in original packaging.
🔒 6. Subscription Renewals (Important for Subscribers)
By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing until you cancel.
Subscription rules differ from physical product returns.
6.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

Cancellation applies only to future charges

Cancellation does NOT refund a renewal that has already been processed

You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge

6.2 Refunds for Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
We do not refund subscription renewals because:

Renewal orders begin automated processing immediately

Your product is prepared or queued for fulfillment instantly
-
Inventory is reserved for your subscription upon billing
If you no longer wish to receive future products, simply cancel before the next billing date.
7. Refunds (Non-Subscription Orders Only)
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item:

We will notify you whether your refund is approved

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
